| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义政治文明是中国特色社会主义建设的重要目标。建设社会主义政治文明,最根本的是要坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机结合和辩证统一,关键是要着重加强制度建设,实现社会主义民主政治的制度化、规范化和程序化。

| Abstract: | Establishing a socialist political civilization is an important goal for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The key to building socialist political civilization is to combine the need to uphold the Party's leadership and to ensure that the people are the masters of the country with the need to rule the country by law.We must concentrate on institutional improvement and ensure that socialist democracy is institutionalized and standardized and has its procedures. |
