| 摘 要： | 面对各高校正在进行的机构改革,更应该认真全面地贯彻教育部颁发的<高等学校学报管理办法>,确立学报的学术地位与学术作用,克服阻碍学报事业发展的各行其是的不规范做法,使学报工作做到体制定位、财务定位、待遇定位与条件定位.
