The 19th Conference of CCP declared that the principal contradictions of Socialistic China have changed,and the conference report claimed that "social principal contradictions of our country have been evolved,and the current principal contradiction lies between unbalanced,inadequate development and the people''s ever-growing needs for a better life".Such a change marks the fact that China enters into the new era.The judgment of the change not only has a form realistic foundation of the practices of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also reflects the change of historic logic,and implies the future requirements,which will exert a great impact on the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
