| 摘 要： | 以人民为中心推进改革发展和经济建设，是社会主义本质在当代中国的重要体现。只有坚持中国特色社会主义制度，才能从根本上保证人民的中心地位。十八大以来，以习近平总书记为核心的党中央，全面深化改革释放发展动力，注重经济增长的质量，依法打击腐败，创造公平的社会环境，加强环境治理力度，建设托底的社会安全网，为人民获得更多的福利创造条件，突出人民的主体地位，体现了深厚的人民性。
