高校毕业生就业诚信的缺失及对策研究

摘    要:高校扩招后,大学生们就业压力增大,一些人为了引起用人单位的注意,在就业过程中弄虚作假,给高校德育工作带来了新挑战。本文列举了高校毕业生就业诚信缺失的具体表现,分析了产生这一问题的主要原因,提出了建立高校毕业生就业诚信体系的途径与方法。

Abstract:With the enlarged scale of student-recruitment in colleges and universities, the employment pressure on college students will be increasingly drastic. In the process of job application, some students make falsification in an attempt to draw the attention of employers, which brings a new challenge to moral education in colleges and universities. This paper enumerates the concrete behaviors of lack of trustworthiness among university graduates in job application. It analyzes the main reason that brings about the problem and proposes some ways and methods to establish the system of the trustworthiness among university graduates in job application.
