摘    要:"三个代表"重要思想是新世纪我国高校德育建设的理论之本、思想基础和力量之源。文章着重就"三个代表"重要思想对高校德育建设的价值定位、价值内涵和人的全面发展三个方面的实践意义进行了探讨。

Abstract:The CPC's 16th National Congress made it clear that the important conception of the "Three Represents" would be included in the CPC's Charter, which means not only the establishment of long-term guiding ideology of CPC, but also the most important theoretical, ideological foundation and the source of inspiration in the new century for the moral construction in institutions of higher learning. In the essay I'll elaborate on the practical significance of the "Three Represents" on moral construction in institutions of higher learning with respect to the values orientation, their connotations and the human all-round development.
