培育农村经济的微观基础

我国农村经济的微观基础十分薄弱的现状,造成了交易成本高、效率低、抵御风险能力差等许多后果,是“三农”问题得不到很好解决的根本原因。在新时期,培育农村经济的微观基础具有重大战略意义。为此,政府应把培育适合我国国情的农村经济微观基础作为农村工作的重大战略。

To Build the Foundation of Rural Economy in China

The current weak foundation of rural economy in China results in undesired consequences such as high transaction costs, low efficiency, farmers' poor ability to resist risks, etc., all of which are the basic reasons why the three problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers cannot be resolved effectively. In the new period, it is of strategic importance for China to build the foundation of rural economy. This article strongly suggests that the government should attach great importance to the strategy of building the foundation of rural economy suitable to China's situation.
