| 摘 要： | 2008年以来的国际金融危机给我国农民工就业市场带来了巨大的消极影响。从2008年9月开始，大量农民工因失业而提前返乡，形成了约2000万农民工需要再就业的严峻形势。通过查阅文献和访谈等方式，对返乡农民工再就业问题进行了调查与研究，总结了返乡农民工的群体特征，分析了解决返乡农民工再就业问题的现实意义及困难所在，提出要妥善解决农民工再就业的问题应消除影响农民工就业的体制障碍、完善社会保障制度，在资金、技术、培训等方面支持和鼓励农民工返乡创业，并通过提高农民工自身的素质、转变农民工就业观念等来提升农民工的就业竞争力。
