在总结经验中建设党

在中国共产党90年来的历史上，先后发生过两次系统的纠正“左”倾错误的运动，它们提供了极其深刻的历史教训。90年来党的发展，最本质的内容就是运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法，研究问题，解决问题，推进中国的民族解放、社会解放和现代化事业。当前，党最重要的任务是把中国建设成为一个高度民主、高度法治、高度繁荣、高度和谐、高度稳定的现代化国家，需要以开放的心态，以世界性的眼光去总结一切有用的经验。建设现代法治国家，坚持现代化过程中的科学发展，正确应对国际形势的挑战，关系全面建设小康社会的全局。而建设一个成熟的民主型的现代政党，坚持实事求是、求真务实的思想路线，坚持党内民主制度的建设，坚持党的群众路线，则是目前阶段的重要问题。
