| 摘 要： | 良心法治意味着以常识、常情、常理为世界观和方法论来指导法制的创建和运行。在常识、常情、常理这一世界观和方法论的指导下，良心法治是正义之治、民主之治和程序之治。良心法治需要良心教育作为一个主观因素，而良心教育便是人性教育。

| Abstract: | The so-called conscientious rule of law means that a legal system is established and run in line with common sense,feeling and logic,which,as world view and methodology,renders conscientious rule of law into one of justice,democracy and procedure.Conscientious rule of law cannot do away with a subjective factor,conscience education,which is but the education of sound human nature. |
