| 摘 要： | 2008年底以来,中国外交的行为方式及其内涵出现了一些新的变化,表现为全球问题积极应对、地区问题合作协调、多边外交直率担当、双边关系自主果断、海洋维权强化实效、军事战略主动公开。中国外交变化的特点表现为自信的大国心态、负责的对外行为和理性的指导原则。借鉴国际关系的现实主义、自由主义和建构主义的主流理论分析中国外交变化的原因,自信来自综合国力的提升,负责源于积极参与国际体系,理性依赖思想观念的转变。

| Abstract: | Changes have taken place in China's diplomacy from its performance to its connotative meaning since the end of 2008,which has aroused international concerns.This paper elaborates the detailed changes of China's current diplomacy from six aspects,and then summarizes its features including confidence,responsibility and rationality.In addition,the three new features are analyzed from the perspective of realism,neo-liberal institutionalism and constructivism. |
