跨国公司组织结构弹性研究

摘    要:跨国公司组织结构的演化过程存在着内在的逻辑一致性,其演化过程就是组织结构的弹性不断增强的过程.但是,组织结构的弹性不是孤立存在的,组织所处的全球化水平、技术条件、跨国公司战略、企业边界扩张等因素都会对跨国公司的组织结构弹性产生显著的影响.

Abstract:In the evolution of organizational structure of multinational companies there is an inherent logical consistency,and the elasticity is increasing constantly.However,the elasticity of the organizational structure is not isolated.It is closely associated with the level of globalization,technological conditions,multinational strategy,the expansion of corporate boundaries and other factors.
