“公共领域”概念辨析

哈贝马斯把公共领域与私人领域、公共权力领域区分开来,并构建了资产阶级公共领域的理想模型。按照他的理想模型,公共领域是价值中立的、单一的、超越生活世界的。他试图通过商谈程序等来保证公共领域的中立性,然而这只是把私人领域中的差别和问题放在括号中暂时悬置起来。有差别的私人会构成多样的公共领域。人们按照生活世界中的习俗也能够构建公共领域,这种公共领域也不能完全超越生活世界。
