摘    要:21世纪是人才竞争的时代,尤其是优秀员工成为企业人才竞争的焦点。企业中高级管理人才这一特殊的群体流失所带来的影响对企业来说不亚于一场危机。本文通过对国美电器有限公司中高级管理人才流失给企业所带来的消极影响及产生的原因做些分析与探讨,同时提出相关的对策建议,以期能给零售业的人才发展带来有益的启示。

Abstract:The 21st century is the competitive era for talent, especially the competition of the excellent talent is the focus of enterprises. As the special group- the secondary or senior management talent, the flight of them will bring a crisis to enterprises. This paper is to analyze and discuss negative affects and causes of the secondary or senior management talent flight in Gome Electric Co. ,Ltd. Meanwhile, it puts forward some related solution and suggestion that will provide inspiration for the development of talent in the retail trade.
