扩大内需与调整、优化结构

经济结构不合理是当前我国经济生活中的一个突出矛盾，其原因主要来自两个方面一是因为原有投资体制和投资结构不甚合理；二是因为消费需求结构在不断变化。在党中央实行扩大内需政策的今天，我们应充分利用扩大内需之机，改革投费体制，优化供给结构，培植新的经济热点，使增量资产的投入合理化，以扩大内需促结构优化。

On Enlarging National Demand and Adjusting and Improving Economic Structure

Economy structure being unreasonable is one of the prominent contradiction in the current economy of our country. The reasons are from two aspects:the unreasonable former investment systerm and investment structure; the constant change of consumption and demand structure. Nowdays the Chinese Central Government holds the policy of enlarging national demand,and we should take full advantage of the opportunity to reform the investment system, optimize supply structure and cultivate new economy increment so as to make the input of newly increased capital rational, enlarge national demand and improve economic structure.
