构建和谐社会的两个维度:经济发展与利益共享的辩证思考

目前,我国构建和谐社会面临着两大突出难题,一是利益供给不足;二是利益共享不够。要解决这两大难题,一是要快速发展经济;二是要实现利益共享,这两方面相辅相成,相互促进,缺一不可。经济发展需要利益共享营造公平的发展氛围,利益共享需要经济发展提供丰富的共享物资。然而,现阶段有些人认为,作为一种价值理念,利益共享注重社会公平,而经济发展注重经济效率,两者不可兼得,这成为构建和谐社会的思想障碍。因此,正确定位经济发展与利益共享的相互支撑关系,即正确看待经济发展是利益共享的基础和利益共享是经济发展的保障,直接关系到我国经济又好又快的发展进程以及社会公平的实现程度,对我国改善民生和构建和谐社会十分重要。
