| 摘 要： | 我国社会转型的过程中存在着许多不和谐因素,和谐社会目标的实现最终有赖于科学的增长方式与机会平等的实现。通过高速、有效以及可持续的经济增长来创造大量的就业与发展机会,增强制度设计与政策选择的公平性来促进社会的包容性与增长的共享性,从而保证人们能够平等地获得机会,这是包容性增长的研究任务。因此,实现包容性增长将对构建和谐社会产生积极而深远的影响,应通过转变经济发展方式,增强制度与政策的公平性,完善公共服务体系等措施来实现包容性增长,最终促进社会和谐。
