In the 1980s the development of the western feminism movements was influential in many fields. In the spring tide of cultural direction turning, the feminism translation theory raised a wave with its bright political gesture and original theoretical viewpoints. This article has animadverted on the several specific problems of the theory of equivalent effects, an important theory of translation theory, from the feminist angle, and thus show supports to the development of the feminist translation theory.
