| 摘 要： | 知识产权作为区域创新体系的重要战略性资源和核心要素,为区域创新体系的建设提供了重要的支撑和保障。在区域发展不均衡的状态下,知识产权与区域创新体系的协调和衔接机制与方式复杂多样。在日趋一体化的创新网络中,为营造良好的经济社会环境、培育区域知识产权优势、增强区域竞争力、促进区域创新体系完善,应探索和制定具有区域差异性的知识产权制度。
