| 摘 要： | 美国次贷危机所引发的全球金融风暴,造成了世界范围内极为严重的经济衰退,我国经济也遭到巨大冲击,经济活力亟待提振。为此,中央明确提出"扩内需,保增长"的战略举措。全球金融危机凸现了发展循环经济的战略价值,在深入分析发展循环经济与扩大内需互动式战略渠道的基础上,文章就甘肃利用扩大内需发展循环经济的经济条件进行了战略分析,提出了甘肃发展循环经济与扩大内需的三条战略对策。
