| Abstract: | In recent years,economists and the central bankers all over the world have expressed strong interests in establishing monetary policy framework under the inflation targeting.Firstly,the author explicates the connotation of inflation targeting,then analyzes the essential conditions of implementing the inflation targeting,finally thinks these essential conditions do not exist in our country,so we can't practice it. |
