| 摘 要： | 有许多大学女生对体育课缺乏主动性,不感兴趣。本文采用文献资料法,专家访问法、观察法等,对怎样提高大学女生体育兴趣和积极性进行了粗浅的探索。通过合理选择教学内容以及多样的组织教法,来调动女生对体育课的兴趣,并从爱好上升为需要,最终为终身体育打下坚实的基础。
