摘    要:在我国高校教师职业发展中,高专业背景、高人力资本投资,以及退出教师行业高机会成本,阻碍了高校教师向其他行业的流动。但在高校之间,以职业发展为目的的职业流动成为高校教师成就自我的理性选择,大多数高校教师以职业发展作为职业流动的首要价值取向,他们期待通过职业流动达到自身职业效用的最大化。

Abstract:In the career development of University faculties,some factors,such as high specialization,high investment of human resource cost and high opportunity cost of quitting career,hampered the university faculties to flow into other careers.But the job mobility for the purpose of the career development between different universities was university faculties' rational selection.Most university faculties' primary value selection of job mobility was career development and they expected to maximize the effectiveness of their career through job mobility.
