| 摘 要： | 基尼系数是国际上用来综合考察一国居民内部收入分配差异状况的一个重要分析指标。本文本着从一般中把握特殊 ,将城市困难群体置于一般社会背景中进行考察和分析。通过贫富两个不同群体的对比分析 ,提出在不断增加社会个体成员财富的同时 ,更应关注和解决社会困难群体的生存和发展问题 ,以求得社会稳定、健康的快速发展和进步

| Abstract: | Gini coefficient is an important internationally quota that is used to inspect comprehensively state of income distribution gaps among a country's nationals. This article lays stress on grasping particularity from generality. Through analyzing comparatively of the poor and the rich under generally social background, the paper reaches a conclusion: with the accumulation of the individual wealth, we should pay much attention to the problems that concern their existence and development to realize the sustainable development at a healthy pace. |
