| 摘 要： | 全面推进民族地区的素质教育和壮大少数民族专业技术人才队伍的关键是发展民族地区的教育事业,只有将民族地区的教育改革和民族地区经济社会的发展需要紧密联系起来,民族地区的教育事业才能得到更大的发展,才能实现提高全民素质、壮大少数民族专业技术人才队伍的目的,进而为民族地区经济社会的发展提供坚实的基础.

| Abstract: | Developing education in ethnic areas is the key to promoting quality-oriented education and to expanding the contingent of professional cadres in these areas. Education in ethnic areas can be further developed, only when it is associated with economic and social development. Therefore the quality of all the people there will be enhanced and a solid foundation of economic and social development will be laid. |
