| 摘 要： | 本文针对铁路融资的现状，利用资本结构最优化理论，同时考虑铁路融资权益性资本限制。构建铁路产业结构融资优化模型。以此为基础，结合《中长期铁路网规划》的融资目标，对2009—2020年铁路资本结构及财务状况进行了详细预测；并对比分析了在传统融资方式和最优结构化融资方式下的铁路资本结构状况，结果表明：后者能有效降低铁路融资风险及成本，缓解铁路资金融通的紧张局面，为铁路又快又好发展提供保障。
