我国城市住宅微观区位研究

针对目前学术界存在着缺乏对不同收入群体选择住宅微观区位的研究等问题,本文分析了影响城市住宅区位的因素,提出了城市住宅微观区位评价指标体系,将层次分析法与熵权法相结合用于我国城市住宅微观区位评价,并给出评价步骤;在此基础上,以天津市某住宅小区微观区位选择为例进行了实证研究,以期为我国城市住宅的合理布局及住宅业可持续发展提供理论参考。

A research of China's urban residential location
