论和谐社会由空想到现实的发展

19世纪初的空想社会主义最早提出了和谐社会的理论,并最早进行了和谐社会的实践。21世纪和谐社会要由空想变成现实,第一,坚持中国共产党作为中国工人阶级、中国人民和中华民族先锋队的性质,以及全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,是构建社会主义和谐社会的根本保证;第二,发展社会主义民主政治,使人民群众真正当家作主,是构建社会主义和谐社会的根本途径;第三,缩小而不是继续扩大已经存在的贫富差距,防止两极分化,先富真正地带动后富,实现共同富裕,是构建社会主义和谐社会的根本措施。

On the Development of Harmonious Society from Fantasy to Reality

The fantasy socialism of the 19th century proposed the theory of harmonious society and practiced it earliest.For the 21st century to see the transformation of harmonious society from fantasy to reality,the following points should be stuck to: first,the fundamental guarantee to construct harmonious society is to persist in CPC's nature as the pioneer of Chinese workers,Chinese people,and Chinese nation and CPC's aim of serving the people heart and soul;second,the fundamental path to construct socialism harmonious society is to develop socialism democratic politics and make people the policy-makers;third,the fundamental measures to construct socialism harmonious society is to narrow the existing gap between the rich and the poor and prevent polarization so that,with the prospered leading the prospering,all will be rich eventually.
