| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、实验法,结合教学改革实践,分析了高校体育选项课亚竞技性特点。得出:要使大学生对体育课的兴趣上升、锻炼自觉性和体育合格率提高、体育思想观念和意识发生根本改变,把亚竞技运动引入体育选项课是必由之路。

| Abstract: | Based on the teaching reform practice in my college,the sub-competi~.g sports characteristics of physi- cal education elective courses in undergraduates were analyzed with questionnaire investigation,literature consulta- tion and experiments.It was found that students' interest in P.E.classes has increased.P.E.qualification rate has raised.Their concept and consciousness have been changed.It is obligatory that the P.E.selevtive course has been carried out the sub-competing sports and games. |
