| 摘 要： | 金融危机产生了严重的社会风险,对山区农村形成了一定冲击.地方政府如何化解风险是一个现实的课题.文章通过对新昌县城南乡创业就业的个案分析,提出了山区农村在金融危机背景下促进农民就业创业的路径,即构建农民创业发展机制和农民就业发展机制.

| Abstract: | The serious social risks caused by the financial crisis have had certain impact on the villages in the mountainous areas.How the local government approaches them remains a topic of realistic significance.Grounded upon a case study of undertaking and employment in Chengnan Township Government of Xinchang County,the paper proposes the way the mountain villages concerned prompts scientific development under the financial crisis background by constructing the farmers' undertaking and employment mechanism. |
