| 摘 要： | 民族行政法不仅是我国行政法的有机组成部分，而且是我国民族法的重要组成部分。民族行政法虽然也具有行政法的一般特点，但在法律渊源、内容和立法上又有其自身的特色。本文对其进行初步探讨，目的在于唤醒人们关注民族行政法，努力完善我国民族行政法体系。

| Abstract: | The Ethnic Administrative Law is not only an organic part of our administrative law ,but also an important part of our ethnic law .Though having the general characteristics of administrative law,yet it in the sources of law and in content and in legislation has its own unique feafures.This article makes a preliminary study into the problem,aimed at drawing attention from the public to the ethnic administrative law ,and at trying to embellish the system of our ethnic law. |
