| Abstract: | Private economy of Hebei province has been developed substantially.Capital economy of Hebei private is the big margin with the request of the new industrialization:conservative thought,unreasonable economic struc- ture,low technology,short-term behavior,etc.Changing the idea,improving policy environment,changing government function,improving business quality to walk the new industrialization road are the necessary conditions to,realize thel economy'g development of Hebei private capita. |
