| 摘 要： | 金融危机造成的影响表明，克服金融危机从根本上要依赖于科技创新。目前，过度竞争和行政垄断并存的市场结构严重制约了中国企业的技术创新，要加快企业技术创新步伐，必须消除市场结构缺陷。因此，积极抑制行政性垄断、规范企业竞争行为、完善企业技术创新的激励机制、提高企业的科研开发规模、完善促进企业技术创新的产业组织政策，是实现中国企业技术创新、市场结构优化的根本路径。
