摘    要:教育评价是全面贯彻教育方针的建设性措施;是加强学校科学管理,实现整体优化的重要环节;是促进教育改革,大面积提高教育质量的有效手段;是教育决策科学性的前提和基础。教育评价观念的转变与评价模式的改革是实现"应试教育"向"素质教育"转轨的前提条件。为此要从质量观、人才观、学生观三个方面坚持正确的教育评价观,同时改革教育评价模式,在评价的实践方法上突出三项改革。

Abstract:Educational assessment is a constructive measure to carry out educational policy thoroughly, and important link to strengthen colleges' optimization, an effective method to promote educational reform and improve educational quality, the premise and foundation to make scientifically educational decisions. The changes of the ideas and models of educational assessment are the prerequisite to realize quality education switched from examination-oriented education. Therefore, the correct ideas of educational assessment must be adhered to such as ideas about quality, talents and students'. At the same time, the model of educational assessment must be reformed.
