消费者对转基因食品标识管理期望的实证分析

转基因食品标识管理是规范和管理转基因食品的重要手段,对维护消费者的知情权和选择权具有重要作用。基于北京、上海、苏州、武汉、重庆、深圳6个城市的调查数据,建立消费者对转基因食品标识态度和管理期望的理论模型,运用Spss17.0软件对可能影响消费者的因素进行了Logistic回归分析。结果表明,消费者个体特征、风险感知、信息可信度以及消费偏好等因素显著影响消费者对转基因食品标识的态度和管理期望。由此,提出完善转基因食品标识管理制度的建议：坚持实施强制性标识制度;适时调整转基因标识管理制度。

The Empirical Study of Consumer's Expectations for Labeling Regulation of GM Foods
