| 摘 要： | 发展现代农业的核心是构建具有竞争力的产业体系。现代农业产业体系是一个专化化、社会化、一体化、网络化和综合性、复合性的系统，具有产业组织的专业化、社会化，产业要素的高端化、集成化，产业体系的一体化、网络化，产业功能的多元化、复合化，产业利益分配的市场化、契约化等特征。不断深化农业分工是推动现代农业产业体系发展的根本动力，围绕优势特色农产品的产业化经营是构建现代农业产业体系的突破口和着力点，促进农业的多功能开发是丰富和发展现代农业产业体系建设内容的主要方向。
