抗战时期晋冀鲁豫边区减轻农民负担历史考察

抗战时期,中共已经深刻认识到减轻农民负担的重要性。为了巩固与发展敌后抗日根据地,晋冀鲁豫边区党和政府采取一系列措施,主要有减租减息、减轻封建剥削,减轻农民的赋税负担,精兵简政与部队生产相结合,财政上建立严格的制度,加强对各级财政的监督与管理等,切实减轻了农民负担。为农民减负是抗战时期、解放战争时期及建国后,直至现在政府都必须面对的问题。

Historical Investigation of Reducing the Loads of Peasants in Jin-Ji-Lu-Yu Border Areas

During the anti-Japanese war, reducing the loads of peasants had been a big problem that Chinese Communist Party confronted. In order to consolidate and develop the anti-Japanese Area, the party and government of Jin-Ji-Lu-Yu Border Area brought a series of measures into practice to actually reduce the loads of peasants, and the peasants in the base areas were inspired. Reducing the loads of peasants was a problem that the government must confront either during the period of anti-Japanese Liberation War and after the foundation of PRC, even now.
