| Abstract: | The enterprise bankruptcy is the result of competition for market.The forms of bankruptcy are different.So is its influence on various kinds of main bodies of economic benefits and the society.It is significant to absorb and use the experience of the Western developed countri es for reference in the light of the specific national conditions in our country. Special attention ought to be given to the reorganized bankruptcy, whose implementation is to be carefully probed into. |
