| Abstract: | After studying of issue about financing on corporation,this paper analyses the risk of financing corporation based on cost and earnings and presents a model of risk analysis & evaluation by using the fuzzy theory and fuzzy comprehensive assessment.It also offers some countermeasures against financing risks. |
