摘    要:改革开放以来,我国劳动关系在产生新变化的同时也带来许多新问题。政府是我国目前劳动关系治理的最适宜主体,但其劳工政策却严重不符合时代发展的需求。本文在梳理相关文献的同时结合我国实际状况,探究当前我国劳动关系的治理策略。

Abstract:Since the reform and opening-up, the labor relations in China have changed a lot, meanwhile it has brought many new problems. Allowing for all the aspects, the government is the best to manage the labor relations in our country, however the labor policies don' t match the demand of the development. This paper t~es to find the strategy of indust~al relations governance in China on the basis of the literatures and the practices.
