| Abstract: | University retired party members are valuable resources and have great development value.Many universities neglect the development of retired party members,this greatly influencing the growing wp of middle-aged and young peo- ple and the quality of education and teaching.In order to jump out of the strange circle of supply and demand and make retired party members play their roles,universities have to get rid of the misunderstanding and innovate working mecha- nisms of university retired party members. |
