| 摘 要： | 党校是对党的在职和后备干部进行培训教育的场所,其培训效果如何直接决定着党员干部素质、能力的高低,进而决定着党的事业的成败。为切实改善党校培训工作,本文对目前党校培训中存在的问题分内容、形式和方法三方面进行了分析并探讨了解决的对策。

| Abstract: | Party school is the place where we educate and train cadres. The effect of the traininy directly decides the quality and capability of our Party members,further more,it has much to do with the success of our Party. In order to improve the training work of our Party. this artcle trys to analyze the problem from the content,format and measures point of view,and probe into the counter measures. |
