| 摘 要： | 文章从目前我国高校师资外语培训管理工作不系统、不完善这一现状及潜在的问题入手,借鉴企业质量管理中PDCA循环工作方法,对高校师资外语培训管理工作系统化、规范化作一初步探析,对提高高校师资外语培训的成效具有参考作用。
