Analyze the Disadvantage for the Female in Employment and the Measures to Resolve the Problem

Employment is an important way for the female to develop herself,however it is being paid more and more attention to the difficulty for the female choosing job and to the inequality in employment by the society in recent years. For the female, especially brilliant female, the disadvantage in employment may not only affect largely women's whole quality and sustainable development,but also limit the development of the society culture. This article reveals the state and the existing problems on woman employment, analyzes the causes of difficult for female to find jobs, and explores the measures of resolving women's employment disadvantage.
