农村改革中农民创新动力分析

为揭示农民在农村改革中的作用,运用矛盾分析法和系统分析法剖析农民改革创新的动力来源、动力结构及其动力运行机制。分析认为,农民改革创新的动力来源于自身生存发展的需要和政府利农、惠农政策的支持;改革创新的动力分为内动力、外动力及合动力;动力机制是指内在动力诸要素之间以及内部、外部因素之间相互影响和相互作用的过程。分析结果表明,农民在农村改革中发挥了重大的创新作用。

Analysis for driving force of innovation of the flarmers in China's rural reform

In order to discover the role of the farmers in China＇s rural reforms, the paper conducts an analysis on the source, structure and the mechanism for driving force of innovation of the farmers with the aid of the contradictory analysis method and the system analysis method. The analysis believes that motivating forces of the farmers originate from their own survival need and the support from good policies of the government. There are internal force, external force and joint force, but the motivation mechanism of the innovatory forces is the mechanism in which they can bring about the innovatory action under the interaction between the internal factors, and the interaction of the internal factors and the external ones. The research results show that the farmers play important poles in China＇s rural reforms.
