蒙古冰草与航道冰草杂交F1代染色体加倍植株过氧化物同工酶分析

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板电泳技术对蒙古冰草与航道冰草正、反交杂种F1代与其染色体加倍植株的POD同工酶酶谱表征进行了分析。结果表明:在分蘖期、抽穗期2个不同发育阶段,蒙古冰草×航道冰草正交杂种F1代染色体加倍植株、航道冰草×蒙古冰草反交杂种F1代染色体加倍植株与蒙古冰草×航道冰草正交杂种F1代植株、航道冰草×蒙古冰草反交杂种F1代植株、蒙古冰草亲本、航道冰草亲本的POD同工酶酶带在数目、位点及强弱上均存在一定差异,同工酶酶谱表征可作为正、反交杂种F1代与其染色体加倍植株在蛋白质水平相互识别的重要依据;在对不同植物材料鉴定时从几个不同的生育阶段做同工酶酶谱对比分析,要比单一生育阶段更能反映各材料间酶谱的遗传差异性,提高其鉴定结果的可靠性。

Abstract:The proxidase (POD) and esterase (EST) isozyme characteristics of reciprocal hybrids F1 between Agropyron mongolicum and A. Cristatum cv. Fairway and its chromosome doubling plant were analyzed by using vertical slab polyacyrylamide gel electrophoresis technology.
