| 摘 要： | 在目前已有研究的基础上,对特定循环经济政策的实施效果进行了深入的分析与研究,认为在目前经济模式面临转轨的时期,政府的政策措施与调控是必要的,并运用供需原理和边际分析法对相应措施的效果和福利影响进行了分析,得出了一些结论性建议。

| Abstract: | This essay studies the result and effect of the particular policy of circulating economy based on the foundation of the existent research.The control and policy measures of the government are necessary during the period of the economic mode turning.It analyzes the result and welfares of some measures through the principle of supply and demand and marginal analysis.It draws some conclusions of suggestion.Raising the Price of the resource,controlling the traditional procedure and inducement of the consumption can all stimulate the development of circulating economy. |
