| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆建立学科馆员制度是在信息环境下进行创新服务的必然举措。在建立该制度时应处理好它与创新服务、行业准入制度、图书馆立法及继续教育的衔接。要建立科学的选拔培训机制、相应的考评制度、管理体制来保障学科馆员制度的建立和完善。

| Abstract: | Establishing subject staff system in the library of institution of higher learning is the necessary measure of innovative service in informationized environment.When establishing it,we should handle the connection of it with following aspects:innovative service,profession permission system,legislation for library and further education.It is required to establish scientific election and training system,corresponding examing system and management system to ensure its establishment and perfection. |
