| Abstract: | Many State-owned going on market enterprises adopt executive stock option which stems from western countries in order to encourage their managers now. This paper analyzes obstacles that Chinese state-owned going on market enterprises meet with in process of ESP which was executed in China from three views; market, law, itself) At last, it provides efficient countermeasures and suggestions. |
