| 摘 要： | 出嫁女获取奁产陪嫁（嫁妆）是在诸子平均析产方式中给女儿留下的间接参与娘家家产分配的方式和机会之一。本文以研究宋代出嫁女的财产权利为中心，探讨出嫁女在获得奁产陪嫁之外，以女儿身份对娘家在户绝、户绝有命继子和招婿入赘等情况下的财产的再次承分。

| Abstract: | Married women to obtain Lian production dowry （dowry） is the average of analysis produced in the way philoso- phers to his daughter left her family fortune indirectly involved in distribution of one of the ways and opportunities. This paper to study the Song Dynasty married woman property rights as the center of married women in access to Lian produced outside the dowry to his daughter in his capacity as her parents in the household must, households must have life stepson, and Zhao--law wife＇s family property under circumstances such as the re--commitment points. |
